Embodiment, Wellness, and Strength Training to move you into your best self.

You are a multidimensional being...

You may be experiencing a deep amount of stress or anxiety and working hard (but getting nowhere). Most days you feel like you can’t pull things together no matter how hard you try.

You keep taking in big breaths ending in sighs – exhaling your overwhelm.

There is a rumble in your body, like a vibration that keeps you going but your emotions get the best of you. Tense pain in your jaw, aching neck, muscle pains, and even your hands tend to hurt. Your energy is low and your sleep is short.

Everything seems harder but you don’t know why or how you got to this point.

Perhaps you’re holding on to traumas that have been pent up for years - and you don’t know it.

Perhaps your nervous system is telling you something but it is coming out – sideways.

Whatever is keeping you from being YOU and your best self –  Embodiment sessions can help.

The Embodiment Method Will Help Move You Into Your Best Self

We don't focus solely on fitness for fitness' sake - instead, we use wellness practices that encompass the physical, mental, and spiritual to navigate the question: What will allow you to stay in your body and live your lifestyle how you want?

Because that's what we want you to picture, to embody, when talking about wellness: That it's a lifestyle! We want you to live your best life and believe you can achieve whatever that looks like to you. We'll help you reach optimal health through energetic healing, coaching you on mentality, fitness exercises, and strength training.

Why does wellness matter to you?

Is it for joy? Is it for general health? Is it for aesthetics?

There is no one "right" answer - what matters is it embodies the lifestyle that helps you live at your personal best. When you shift restrictive physical, mental, and spiritual patterns, you can experience freedom and allow yourself to feel complete in your entire being, not one aspect of your life alone.

I’m Pierre-Andre Etienne B.S., CSCS

But you’re welcome to call me Pierre!

There’s no reason why fitness and spirituality can’t come together outside of the yoga studio. Even if you’re in the gym five days a week, doing squats of 200+ lbs. if you’re not aligned mentally and spiritually, you’ll eventually break down physically. But so much of conventional fitness training diverts focus from that relationship.

I put years of time and energy into my bachelor’s of Exercise Physiology, which focused mainly on the physical aspects of wellness. However, I’ve always been interested in how the mind works, hence my minor in Psychology. Through my minor, I discovered Jungian psychology and a connection to Indian mysticism, opening me to a new understanding of how interconnected our minds, bodies, and souls are.

Still, when I graduated in 2010 and began working as a traditional personal trainer, eventually becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, I saw more and more how disconnected the conventional idea of “going to the gym” was from authentic wellness practices.

So, I pushed myself to find a new path to enhance the well-being of those I work with beyond what schooling had taught me. Harnessing my passion and curiosity, I trained in Chinese Medicine, Core Energetics, Shamanism, and a new coaching modality called “The Four Forces Framework.” That study and work paid off, giving me the tools I needed to fill in the gaps in my role as a fitness and wellness trainer.

Now I can help people enhance their quality of life through total embodiment exercises. Through the Embody to Evolve method, my clients experience lifelong beneficial results because their wellness encompasses physical health, mental well-being, and spiritual awareness.

Outside of my training space, I pursue my own joys by connecting with and supporting the community, performing slam poetry, practicing dance, and continuing to ponder the meaning of life from all perspectives.
